It begins with a sensory journey: blindfolded, touching some naturalistic materials and artifacts, you try to recognize them in order to understand their characteristics, ancient possibilities of use and origin.
This is followed by a Yoga en plein air path, aimed at rediscovering our true nature through the movement of the body and breath, it finds even more benefit and intensity when the setting is a unique scenario, Nature. In the open air, the body is free to oxygenate itself, to rediscover the ancestral contact with the earth with its scents and colors. Yoga thus practiced outdoors manages to give a feeling of union with nature, to rebalance body and mind, to rediscover immense inner peace within oneself and with the world around us.
