The farm Di Taranto was born at the end of the forties in the countryside of Ascoli Satriano. Transferred from Deliceto where a long tradition of farmers was carried out, handed down from three generations until, after having gained experience in the cultivation of wheat, olive trees, various vegetable plants such as onion, broccoli, chicory, radish, rocket, etc. to become at the end of 2009 an organic farm and from March 2011 a company that transforms its products (mainly flour and oil) into taralli. The taralli of the Company of Taranto are produced following the strict observance of an old recipe of Delicetese origin. The ingredients used are produced directly by our company excluding some spices (sesame, chili, etc.). The raw material is extremely genuine and no preservatives, dyes, flavour enhancers, etc., are used. ; common wheat flour of type 00 о 01, extra virgin olive oil (exclusively) and spices are mainly used to flavor. The product is this: traditional, genuine and made with passion.
