All the cheeses of the farm Doto Luigi are produced with the exclusive milk of our farm our animals are fed with legumes and cereals auto products combined with hay and herbs of our pastures from the stable to the table the milk and its derivatives are checked to ensure authenticity and wholesomeness.
The goat farm Doto Luigi has almost 100 animals of Saanen breed, all registered in the book genealogico (L.G.) goat and selected through the Italian breeders association.
All the specimens are vaccinated and follow a hygienic-sanitary practice in order to prevent possible diseases, and in order to have always healthy and of good corporeal constitution.
The milk produced on the farm has a straw yellow color, because the cows are free to graze in the fields adjacent to the barn, grazing wild herbs enriching the milk with smells and flavors unique to the place.
