In Pietramontecorvino are produced craft beers with low fermentation, in particular:

• The Birra Abituale is a low fermentation type Pils Bionda, produced with Moravian malt extract, SAAZ hops, Hallertau Hersbrucker hops and live yeast Budvar. Full-bodied blonde with alcohol content of 4.5% vol. Unpasteurized, unfiltered, free of additives and dyes. Pleasant aroma, ideal in pizzeria.

• The Particular Beer is low fermentation type Pils Blonde with normal alcohol content, about 5.5% vol. Produced with Moravian malt extract, SAAZ hops, and live yeast Budvar. Full-bodied and particular aroma, ideal in the brewery.

• The Aromatic Beer is a low-fermentation type Pils amber, with sustained alcohol content, about 6.5% vol. Produced with Moravian malt extract, toasted dye extract, SAAZ hops, and live yeast Budvar. Full-bodied and intense aroma with hints of toasted caramel, aromatic taste.
