A Rocchetta S. Antonio (FG), a small town in the south of the Monti Dauni, was born in 1958 the Dairy Gisoldo Fabio.

The experience of the rural tradition has meant that the Dairy Gisoldo Fabio - now over 50 years of activity - is a reference point for those who want to taste the most authentic and genuine flavors of milk and its derivatives.

Today the Gisoldo Fabio Dairy operates with the same care and attention of the past, making quality the main guarantee for customers, achieved through the implementation of scrupulous hygiene standards.

The milk used in the processing of fresh and aged cheeses is milked by cows of the Podolica breed raised in the nearby, uncontaminated Irpinia.

The Gisoldo Dairy, to pass on to this day ancient flavours, uses only the processing of wise hands, tasty mixture of milk, rennet and salt and the irreplaceable experience of Master Casaro founder and protagonist with his son Fabio of a unique reality in the territory.
