Fabbrica del Buono is a company that produces canned tomatoes, locally produced. The company is located in Casalnuovo Monterotaro.

The harvest is done manually 24 hours before processing in an amount of about 500 kg/day and after a journey of a few tens of meters reach the processing laboratory where, under the veranda in front and before being admitted inside, the stalk is removed and stored in dirt-free containers which will act as a vehicle up to the washing and sorting tank.
