The farm Montefedele, founded in 1960, extends with an optimal exposure to the sun to the southwest of "Monte Fedele", located at the foot of Bovino (FG) at about 500 meters above sea level. Positioned on the gentle hills of the Monti Dauni. It is also part of the area of the Protected Designation of Origin Dauno ( Dauno D.O.P. ).

The company is mainly dedicated to olive growing, with particular attention to the search for new cultivation technologies, while preserving the traditional imprint of the Apulian olive cultivation, handed down from 4 generations, from father to son. Our land located in the Vallo di Bovino, known for the most part by its history of Nobles and Briganti, with prevalence of secular plants positioned at a distance of 6mt from each other, optimal to allow the aeration of the foliage and fully enjoy the sunlight.
