Information
It is a forest area, mainly of Turkey oak, extended for about 300 hectares, equipped for hiking tourism, both for those who love walking and for those who love mountain biking or horse riding; It is crossed by 3 paths and is equipped with rest areas and picnics. Inside there is an inn and an agriturismo - educational farm.
Inside there is also a botanical path and several rottenness, or water stagnations, habitat of numerous species of amphibians. The area is also very interesting for the fauna that populates it: from mammals (dormouse, wild cat, wild boar, wolf, etc...) to birds of prey (buzzard, kestrel, kite, etc...). In spring it also offers beautiful primrose blossoms, snowdrops and orchids.
