Frittata
Frittata is an extraordinary dish in the Monti Dauni that acquires different flavors depending on the combination.
Vegetables, wild vegetables, ricotta, precooked spaghetti or simply made of eggs, it is always tasty as a main course or as a main course, if served in the middle of two slices of bread or a sandwich. Perfect snack for our outdoor picnics.
Among the vegetables it is easier to match zucchini, but also lampascioni, peppers, onions sponsali for the most challenging versions.
A real treat is then the omelet with spaghetti, perhaps left over from dinner the day before, for a plate of recovery ideal for trips out of town.
